订单状态说明


下单后您可以在会员中心-我的订单中关注您的订单状态:


订单确认:说明我们已经收到您下的订单。

已付款:说明我们已经查到您的付款并已经更新了付款状态。

中转中:说明仓库正在为您的订单从各个仓库调货。

中转完成:说明仓库已经为您调货完毕,正在分拣商品和打包。

配货完成:说明仓库已经为您打包完毕,等待快递公司 / 岛岛送货壮丁 取货。


注:

1. 如果您是送货上门订单,如果在下午6点00分前看到了配货完成,当晚就一定会给您送货了。

2. 如果您是快递发货的订单,看到配货完成后,您的订单将会在当晚或第二天早上发出。

岛岛送货壮丁会根据每天的订单数量和地区,自行设定路线。所以没办法跟各位亲们确定准确送到的时间。还望亲们谅解!
如有特殊时间要求,请提前与岛岛客服联系确定。

一般货送到后,岛岛送货壮丁会停在您家路边或者楼下,给您打电话或发短信通知您。麻烦您出门取货。

周1—周5 下午2点发货。款到发货。

快递公司节假日休息,所有节假日快递都不发货; 您如果选择快递邮寄的话 节假日也不会收到商品

我们会尽量满足您的送货要求,但岛岛人力有限,有些地区目前还没有开通,请您谅解。在以上范围外地区的用户,请您选择快递邮寄哦~


Post Service(快递公司发货)

Auckland地区为 $7/KG; 1-2个工作日白天到货;
Auckland以外所有城市为 $7.5/KG起,若需运费差价,由岛岛客服与您联系。 2-4个工作日白天到货。



温馨提示

注1:我们发货后,您的快递号将会出现在您会员用户中心里,同时会给您留下的Email地址发送一次您的快递号。

注2:如果快递公司送货员到您那里,您恰好不在家。通常情况下快递员会在您邮箱或者是门口留下一张卡片,上面写着Calling Card,您可以照着卡片上的电话打给快递公司和他们约定再次给您送货的时间。

关于转账发货的补充说明


通常情况下 岛岛查账时间为每天早上10点-11点之间,发货时间为每日下午14:00-15:00。因为发货后需要录入快递单号,所以发货时间和您收到快递单号的时间有出入,但一般情况下,收到快递单号的时间不会超出晚上19:00。


如果您是非ASB银行用户,您周一下单并在20:00之前(有的银行是22:00前)转账,我们会在周二上午10:00-11:00之间收到您的付款,您的货品将会在周二下午发出。但假若您是在20:00之后(有的银行是22:00后)转账,您的付款有可能会在周三上午10:00-11:00之间才能被查到,如遇到这样的情况,您的货将会在周三下午发出。如您是周末(含周五/周六/周日)转账,您的付款将会在周一或者周二上午被查到(转出的银行不同,到账的时间会不同)。


在收到您的货款后,我们一般情况下会将您的货在当天下午发出,并将您的快递单号录入系统。您将会收到一封EMAIL,或者您也可以登录您的会员中心查询您的快递单号。得到您的快递单号后,您可以点击网站首页右上方的快递查询进入快递公司首页,在快递公司首页的TRACKING处输入您的快递单号,您就可以查询到您货物现在的运送情况。


我们目前使用的快递公司为PBT,奥克兰本地到货时间通常是1-2天,如遇周末/公共假期等会推迟至工作日。如遇物流运送高峰,如圣诞节前后,会有延迟的现象发生。如果您在收到我们快递单号后3天仍然没有收到您的包裹,您以在邮箱或家门口附近找寻是否会有快递公司给您留下的calling card,如有,您可以按上面的电话致电PBT,他们预约时间再给您送一次。如果没有,请致电快递公司0800 722 655查询。如果您不方便打电话给他们,您也可以通我们的客服寻求帮助。


Shipment
Magic Group products are shipped in three ways from our shipping point. Shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice, except as otherwise agreed in writing. Packaging, mode of dispatch and way of dispatch are chosen by Magic Group, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Risk of loss on all products shipped by Magic Group shall pass to purchasers upon transfer of those products to carrier. Magic Group shall not be liable for any loss, damage or delay during the course of shipment. The details of three shipping methods are shown below:
a) Self-pickup Service
You could choose pay cash when you pick up your items. You may also choose to bank transfer method to make your payment and then come to pick up. Please order online first before you come to pick up. After placing your order, please check the status of your order online. Come to pick up after you see the status changed to “preparation completed”. This service running for 7 days after 12pm. We suggest you come after 15:30 until 21:00. The place for pick up is: 155 Queen Street, City Central. Please come to the Japan Dollar Mart and tell the reception your order number. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us by ph: 09-3089818.
b) Delivery Service
You could choose to pay cash when the items have been delivered to you. You may also make payment through bank transfer and we will deliver right after receiving your payment. Your order will be delivered for free for Auckland region if your order amount exceed NZ$50.00. Otherwise, additional $5.00 will be charged for delivery. Please check your order online and it will be delivered after you see the status changes to “preparation completed”. Magic Group does not ensure the exact time that the order can be received by you. If you request any specific time for delivery, please contact our customer service. Please see the place that we are able to make delivery on http://www.mdd.co.nz/article.php?id=8. For the place that we couldn’t deliver to, please select courier service.
c) Courier Service
If you choose courier service, you have to make the payment first. After we received your payment, we will arrange our courier service. We use Fastway Courier Company for delivery. You can check your parcel by directly go to www.fastway.co.nz. You may also call Fastway Courier Company for any enquire and their contact detail is: http://www.fastway.co.nz/contact-us
Your courier tracking number will be shown in your membership account and we will send you an email to acknowledge you at the mean time. If you are not at home at the time the courier comes to your home, you normally will be leave a calling card. The courier will contact you for another delivery. If damage appears on your parcel (such as delay, serious damage etc.), please contact your local Fastway Courier Company for settlement of claim. Our customer service staffs are also willing to help you in this circumstance. Please contact our QQ or call us on 09-3089818.
i. Auckland region:
Please note that we will not charge your courier fee if your order amount has exceeded $30 in Auckland region. Other than that, $2.5 will be charged within Auckland per order. Your parcel will be received around 1-2 working days.
ii. Other area in New Zealand:
None courier fee will be charged if your order amount has exceeded $50 for parcels within initial weights for all New Zealand area. It will take 2-4 working days for delivery. Extra charge will be enclosed if the total weight of your parcel has exceeded 3kg and our customer service staff will contact you ASAP.
iii. Time for delivery:
We will make delivery as soon as we received your payment. We arrange courier at 2pm Monday to Friday. No delivery will be made on public holiday.
iv. Clarification for delivery:
Magic Group normally checks our account at 10:00-11:00am and arranges the delivery at 14:00-15:00pm every working day. We will give you courier tracking number after we arranged the delivery. Sometime the delivery time will be a bit different with the time you see your tracking number, however, you will receive your tracking number no later than 19:00pm.
If your bank account is not with ASB bank, any fund transfer before 20:00pm will be received after 11:00am in the following working day.
